I’ve been making quite a few presentations in powerpoint lately and thought it’s time I make a good and consistent design for myself. Powerpoint 2007 comes with a huge amount of default themes, and I wanted to start out with one on my own. I took the color scheme from some site template i was designing a while back. I am well versed in light on dark. This color scheme seems to suit but it is unacceptable for print media.
Still a lot of work remains. Attaching an early screenshot (Images work! yay!) notice the use of light reflecting gradients in the titles and shadows from place to place.
Feel free to use the colors if you like them. Took me a lot of time to get the colors just right.
i havent used powerpoint for a long long time now. i dont even know what it looks like on my 17″ tft ;/ so you know when was the last time i touched it. never had the need to.
but the color and font looks neat enough here. maybe you should submit it to a site or something, one that indexes new powerpoint templates…just like wp themes.
hmmm.. I can do that. Just that i need a bit more oomph. It looks good but it doesen’t look awesomme enough yet
