It is very necessary to connect with the people who visit your site. Visitor interaction helps in boosting your hits or site ranking.

You are absolutely right about sharing similar interests with the people. Most of my site visitors are teens, pink addicts, cat owners, pixel lovers and people who love to blog about recent happenings in their life. When it comes to you and me, we are both of the same age. :D

To increase traffic on my site, I have joined forums, cliques, fanlistings and button exchanges besides leaving messages in people's tagboards.

A project that deserves to be mentioned here is Despair.nu (http://despair.nu). I haven't joined the community yet.. but do check it out.[/quote]

sorry about the morderation queue janice, I think wp suspected you were spamming :\

I have actually started a side project for this. And I wanna actually meet interesting people *waves*.

I'll do a bit more promoting myself but i think i'll actually start going and leaving valuble comments at other people's sites.

For some reason, none of my friends here ever check this site. Not too many people I know can actually use more of the internet than orkut.</description>
