Well, following my recent health food craze, I’ve been eating a lot of salads and the likes, mainly with cucumber, but today I decided to try something from a kannada recipe book, which my sister helped me by reading the instructions, cause I read kannada real poorly. So I thought the instructions were pretty plain, so I decided to try something else instead. So I experimented and came up with something entirely original and it tasted good too. I think I’ll cook more. So here’s how to make “Untitled1″. I’ll decide what to name it later. I’m too full right now.
So, here’s what you need:
3 Potatoes
2 Onions
1 Tomato
Coriander
3 Green chillies
Salt to taste
chilly powder to taste
Chat Masala
Stir Fry Sauce [Optional, but gives it a nice flavour]
Allright, here we go.
1. Bake the potatoes, finely chop chilies, coriander, onions and tomatoes.
2. When the potatoes are baked, mash them partially.
3. Add everything along with all the other ingredients into a blender
4. Blend for 3 minutes on high, you should have a sticky yellow paste.
5. Serve garnished with coriander with rice rotis or raw.

And while we’re at it, a neat recipe for cold coffee, along with a clever trick I came up with. Now if you’ve tried making cold coffee with instant coffee, you know what a pain in the ass it is to get the powder to dissolve in the milk, so most of us make lukewarm coffee and then let it cool. But today I figured a shortcut. Take some cold milk, and take a small portion of it, and add it to a cup. Microwave or heat this cup so the milk gets warm. Now add as much coffee powder as you would add to the whole amount of milk. I also prefer to add a wee bit of cadbury’s chocolate powder or a piece of chocolate itself. Now add this to the cold milk and mix (don’t forget adding the sugar to the cold milk) put this in the blender and serve in a tall see-through glass. Add crushed ice and maybe some whipped cream if you’re not worried about the calories. Some chocolate sauce goes lovely with that too.
More recipes coming soon.
